The Airbrush School is located between
Raleigh and Wake Forest surrounded by a quiet forest. This secluded
location provides the least distraction possible to maximize each student's
learning experience. Transportation to and from food establishments
is provided and there is even a refrigerator and microwave available
for students who wish to bring their own snacks. Day 1 10:00 Orientation and set up / student and staff introductions 10:30 Review of perceptual awareness and realism 10:45 Discussion on Realism components 12:00 Introduction to color theory 12:40 Advanced color buffer theory 1:00 Break for lunch at restaurant in Raleigh 2:30 Station assignment and airbrush allocation Color matching techniques with color buffer theory exercises Color matching exercise 1 3:15 Matching target colors and color matching exercise stage 2 6:30 Layout and preparation for project 1 7:00 Break for dinner in Wake Forest 8:00- until 12-2:00 am Project 1 demonstration and start project 1 Note: Typical classes last until midnight and beyond, but there is no compulsion to stay that late. |
