Retail orders within the Continental US (and overseas APO addresses) are shipped via UPS ground, and are usually are shipped within 48 hours of your order for in-stock items.
No P.O. Boxes (except overseas APO addresses)
Returns will be accepted within 14 days when accompanied by an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number. Please contact or call us at 1-803-635-8060 to obtain an RMA. Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 ($30 for overseas orders) for each item, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. Since Giclee prints are custom manufactured, there is a 20% restocking fee for those items that are returned.
